A flexible linear anode is a continuous anode element — an MMO or conductive-polymer core with a copper conductor, packaged in carbonaceous backfill inside a fabric sock. Laid parallel and close to the structure, it delivers very uniform current at low driving voltage, ideal where conventional groundbeds cannot throw current evenly. Trenched parallel to the pipeline at a set offset, giving continuous, uniform protection along the entire run — including poorly-coated or electrically-shielded sections.
Tank-Bottom Grid
Storage tank bottoms
Laid in a grid beneath storage-tank bottoms to deliver even current across the full base, where access is limited and uniform distribution is critical.
Account for current attenuation along the run, conductor sizing and offset from the structure; long runs may be fed from both ends to balance output. Most products are made to customer drawings and project specifications.
